* Shimo-kitazawa station is being remodeled and pretty complex.
It can be changed due to the construction but please look for "Inokashira Line Shimo-kitazawa East Gate（東口）" if you are 1st time visitor.
And the exit changes frequently due to the construction so if you cannot find the right exit, plz ask somebody for "Ozeki grocery store".

◎ Self Checkin Procedure

Checkin time is AFTER 16:00pm (unless you have special arrangement in advance).
Please message the host after you check-in OK and let me know whenever you have any issues/requests/questions.

◎ House Rules

Take off your shoes at the entrance.
Please be quiet from 22:00pm to 10:00am.
Do not smoke in the room and inside the building. (Public smoking area is located in front of the liquor shop during business hours).
Use all the house facility cleanly and clean up after the usage. (There may be some extra charge if additional clean up is needed after the checkout).
Turn off AC & lights when you leave the apartment. (There may be some additional charge if you use them excessively).
Always lock the door. It is very safe area but it is your responsibility to keep your valuables.
Do not dispose solids to the kitchen sink. (For example, when u have ramen, u can throw away ramen soup into the sink but please put leftover noodle into a garbage bag and throw away outside.)
No illegal activities allowed.

Garbage Rules

Please tidy up and dispose them in the garbage room outside. The detail is noted in the houseguide in the apt.

Laundry & Clothes Dryer

The apt has a washing machine and the instruction is written on it.

It doesn't have a clothes dryer so you need to hang them dry like Japanese style or use the coin laundry which is located 1 min walk.

Pocket Wifi

ID & PW is written on it. This apt doesn't have the house rooter, so this is the only available Internet.

It is no-limit but the pocket wifi can be unstable compared to the house wifi.

Just to be safe, if you plan to use Internet a lot, it’s safer to rent additional mobile rooter or apply data roaming service as your backup prior to your stay.

If you lose the pocket wifi, the deposit will not be returned.

Also please restart every few days for the stable Internet speed.

Kitchen

Be cautious with fire and never dispose solids to the kitchen sink.

The gas switch for hot water should be on 24hrs, but in case you have any problem having hot water, please check the main switch and turn on or re-start it.
