Definitely one of the best yakitori izakaya in Tokyo.

3min walk. Outside bars & cafe that is very popular among trendy preppy young locals. Free wifi. Bakery can warm up your bread if requested.
You can bring your bread to the coffee shop and eat there. The coffee shop even gives you 50yen discount if you show them the bakery receipt.

Chili burger is quite good and some guests' favorite burger. Around 2000yen. Dont know its a wise idea to try hamburger on your 1st day in Tokyo (especially if you are from Western Countries), but since its so close and so popular, I post it anyway.
