Good Coffee in Yoyogi

All the main industry coffee shops (i.e. Starbucks) are excluded from the list.

I come here 2-3 times a week. Free wifi.
9:00am-Unknown but sometimes closed on Monday.
There are bakery, curry shop, bar, wine bar + located here.
You can buy bread (you can ask them to warm up) and have coffee at this coffee shop.
If you show the receipt of the bakery to the coffee shop lady, she will give you 50 yen discount.
★ Good place when the weather is good and want to have coffee outside.

In front of the blue apt. The interior is quite oriental and unique.

The owner is kinda sketchy and closes the shop whenever.
There are bunch of trippy accessories and woody furniture you can purchase.
There are sometime a fortune telling guys with tarot cards, belly dance show, etc.
★ Good place when you are stoned. Or want to go oriental.

5min walk from the apt. A tiny coffee stand.
7:30-18:30 (Sunday and holidays are off)
★ Good place when you just want to grab a good coffee and go somewhere.

Fuglen Tokyo
Norway Coffee shop. Great atmosphere. 5min walk from Yoyogi-hachiman or 15min walk from Harajuku or Shibuya. If you wanna walk from the apt, 20min.
★ Good place when you want to sit down and read or work for hours.

Old Japanese style coffee shop. 1min walk from the blue apt / 1min walk from Yoyogi North exit.
★ Good place when you try good old siphon coffee with bunch of elderly Japanese.

If you would like to go to a pharmacy, Seijo Yoyogi is the closest to the apt (2-3 min walk). Of course, I can go there with you for the translation.

Direction how to go to Nikko from Yoyogi (2h30min around 3200yen)

Take JR Yamate line towards Shinjuku to Nishinippori (10stations)
From Nishinippori, take Tokyo Metro Chiyoda line towards Abiko to Kitasenju (2stations)
From Kitasenju, Take tobu express Kinu to
Kidogawa Onsen for Edomura 
Or
Tobu-Nikko for visiting Nikko.

Both stations are 30min away via Tobu Express Aizu Mount Express.
I have never been there so I cannot give you much local info....
